This project involved the architectural redesign and remodeling of five condominiums within the Terrasol community, one of the original beachfront developments in Cabo San Lucas built in the 1980s. The intervention focused on modernizing the residences through updated spatial layouts, contemporary materials, and improved functionality while respecting the character of the original development. The remodeled units, totaling approximately 8,100 sq ft across one- and two-story configurations, were carefully redesigned to enhance comfort, natural light, and connection to the surrounding coastal environment, bringing the residences to modern living standards while preserving their prime beachfront setting.
